My wife and I are frequent campers at True West. I do not normally take the time to write reviews, but I am compelled to do so because my wife and I are so happy with the great service and friendliness that is demonstrated by Shawn and Donna each time we visit. From the moment that you arrive at their campsite they make you feel like you are a member of their family and will attend to your every need with a smile on their face. The riding is great, bathrooms are spotless, the manure is cleaned from inside your horse trailer when you arrive, your tack and hay is unloaded and your stalls are cleaned for a nominal fee - a true vacation. I am a Vietnam veteran and appreciate the veterans discounts and the emotional Veterans day ceremony that they host on Veterans day. I highly recommend this equestrian campground, and promise that you will not be disappointed.

Another great weekend at True West Campground. The trails are great, stalls are roomy and,bathrooms spotless. Shawn and Donna do everything possible to make your camping and riding experience enjoyable and relaxing. They are so friendly and accommodating that they make feel like you are a member of their family. When you arrive at the campground, Shawn is there to greet you, unload your saddles, tack, and even CLEAN your trailer!!!! If you want great riding, friendly hosts, and a relaxing vacation, then True West is the place to go. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND True West, you will not be disappointed.

Donna and Shawn are the most accommodating, helpful and friendly people that I have ever met. From the moment that you arrive at the campground they make you feel welcome, unload your horses, tack and clean your horse trailer!!! The bathrooms are clean, the riding is wonderful, Shawn and Donna attend to your every needs. For three additional dollars Shawn will clean your stalls while you are riding, (my stalls were immaculate when I returned from my ride)making your stay a true relaxing vacation, I highly recommend this campground and plan to return on a regular basis, Thank you Shawn and Donna for a job well done!!!
